Professionals

The team of over 250 professionals that form part of Alcla understands the importance of interconnected work, since the rehabilitation process requires an interdisciplinary approach.

The staff comprises a full range of specialties, including physiotherapists, general practitioners, neurologists, pulmonologists, infectious disease specialists, traumatologists, kinesiologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, specialized nurses, psychologists, educational psychologists, neuropsychologists and nutritionists

Training and professional development are key for Alcla, which is why it continually takes on professional challenges as part of the different healthcare projects managed by the Medical Management. In addition, professionals working in the institution receive constant training and incentives for further education through scholarships.

After a brain injury, rehabilitation is a resource that must be applied immediately to resume the life that the patient had previously. Having an interdisciplinary team specialized in the recovery of patients and leading technology allow a successful reintegration of patients into social, family and work life.

We highlight the importance of continuous improvement in the quality of health care providing safer and more reliable medical care for the patient and his family during the whole rehabilitation process. To this end we have developed an infection control program in order to prevent and control healthcare-associated infections at Alcla
